The design process begins with you: if you don't want to be involved then we're probably not the firm for you. Our design team comes up with the concepts and throughout the process you, as the client, let us know what works for you and your company. We want and need this to be a collaborative process. There are no surprises; you know how things are progressing all along. Our proposals follow the same vein; we let you know how long it's going to take to finish your project, and hence the bottom line.

SitesNow's design team analyzes your current marketing and branding so that the web design aspects are relevant and integrated. We also look at past marketing materials because we don't want to take steps backward in marketing history. And we design with an eye on the future - growth and change. We want the end result of your project to be malleable and to roll with the times as your business evolves.

However, your design is only as good as the code used to make the magic happen. SitesNow's development team uses PHP or .NET code to interface with a variety of database storage engines. Frankly, we're really big fans of Open Source technology but some clients dictate the other way. We write code from scratch; it's streamlined and efficient. The resulting HTML and CSS is optimized for your site's visitors and recognizable to search engines. A long time ago we actually tried using software packages to write our code but found that they don't lend the flexibility necessary to today's business needs.

We want to work with you to create a website that will reel in new customers yet retain your old ones. And we want the end result to be a pliable tool that can expand or contract as your business changes.
