Our Process - Not Proprietary, Just Executed With Experience

Define
It starts here. A SitesNow Project Manager (not a sales guy) will work closely with your people to define your goals, understand your business processes and provide experienced recommendations for a sound strategy. This stage is performed in conjunction with our detailed project proposal where we'll tell you exactly how much it is going to cost to design, develop, deploy and support your project.

Design
We design user interfaces for web browsers. Period. We don't do brochures, television commercials or newspaper ads. This focus is brought to our design team whose sole purpose is to make your company look good online. In this phase we work closely with you to determine where your corporate image has been and where it is going. We'll design a couple sets of initial proofs and, based on your feedback, will go back and forth until you tell us that you're ready to move forward to the development phase.

Develop
The SitesNow development team is tasked with taking the approved design and making it functional. This is where databases are added, content management systems integrated and the site in general becomes functional. We'll confirm cross-browser and -platform compatibility to ensure your site will accommodate the largest number of visitors possible. Throughout the process you'll have access to the development site to review and see all the dust that comes along with any construction zone. When we're done, your sign-off will validate all deliverables and expectations have been met.

Deploy
We schedule your site deployment date to coordinate other external marketing efforts and a seamless email transfer (if you require this service from us). When the switch is flipped we reaffirm all internal QA checks and carefully monitor your site's traffic for any potential problems. By no means does the relationship end here.

Support
Our process is truly never ending. Support is ongoing and works both ways. We're here to support your project from an aesthetic and technical perspective. Your SitesNow project manager will look to you to help stay informed with the latest and greatest happens from your business. Your site is a reflection of your company and we know business doesn't stay the same for long. Post-deployment you'll monitor your site's progress with our proprietary analytics package, SN Analytics, and utilize your custom content management system through our Client Center to maintain your high-turnover content areas. Outside of that, we're just an email or a phone call away to help.
